You arrive at a destination that wasn’t on the itinerary – ‘The Last Resort’ is lavishly appointed and seems to promise endless tropical luxuries, but you'll quickly come to discover there’s no obvious way to leave.
Your every need will be tended to by the mysterious staff: Mr. Temperance, the host at the Hereafter Bar, the Queen of Cups, a winsome mixologist always ready to lend an ear, Death, the beautiful showgirl who stars at the Limbo Lounge, and many other friendly faces. Judgement. The Magician. The Lovers. The Devil.

An End of a Lifetime Experience
The Last Resort is a unique and unforgettable immersive show that will leave you breathless. Join us on this one-of-a-kind journey through a purgatory paradise exploring themes of change, choice, mortality, and growth. Weaving the Tarot arcana throughout the story allows audience members to interact with their fates directly, and guests are invited to choose their level of participation, denoted by a colored lei placed around their necks as they're welcomed into the Hereafter.

The Last Resort is an immersive theatrical experience as imagined by the award-winning mind behind such Vancouver-based immersive shows as 'Slumber Here', 'Alice in Glitterland', and 'The Neverland Night Circus', alongside a team of professional artists, writers, dancers, actors, magicians, costumers, and themed entertainment designers.
The two-hour experience leads audience members through an exploration of death and the process of self-actualization as seen through the eyes of guests of a tropical party resort in the early 1970s. The story unfolds through an awe-inspiring blend of sensual choreography, vintage exotica soundtrack, three themed bars with cocktails crafted just for The Last Resort, and several rooms of lushly-detailed atmosphere.
Every stay at The Last Resort is a unique experience, as every guest is encouraged to explore, observe, follow and interact with the resort staff as they please. Partake in resort activities, eavesdrop on private conversations and intimate moments, or linger at the Hereafter Bar and let the old souls there spin you a tall tale or two. It’s your Afterlife.
